Representation at the police station is FREE and will not cost a penny. If your case is at the Justice of the Peace, Sheriff Court or High Court then Legal Aid may be available, subject to your financial circumstances. We will carry out an assessment and let you know straight away if you qualify.
Legal aid may also be available for other civil matters, and you should contact us in order that we may complete an assessment on your behalf.
